Are you a gutsy Junior ready to grab a Midweight Designer role position by the ….

You’ll need to be highly creative (obviously), organised (as much as a creative can be), vocal (but able to listen) and most of all chameleon like; able to take a job from concept through to finished artwork with all the bits and bobs in between. A grasp of HTML/5, CSS, working with CMS (WordPress) is advantageous but not a deal breaker.

Our usual hours are 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We offer a not so shabby 23days holiday plus bank holidays, bonus structure  and training opportunities; plus the perks the government tell us you’ll love including 2% pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, nursery vouchers etc. You’ll also get VIvP entrance to the cube (intrigued? The fine print… As a creative I’m sure you understand that the road to the big idea can sometimes be long and winding and there will be times when you’ll need to be up with the larks or working through ‘til dawn. Research says we’re at our most creative at 10am but sometimes ideas flow better after a few sunken beers a little later in the day.

Digital Marketing Executive

You will work closely with the brand planner to oversee our clients online marketing strategy. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns incl. email and PPC/SEO as well as design, maintain and supply content for website(s), at times you will also be controlling the build, launch and maintenance of sites.

You will be as happy engaging with the public through social media as you are to audit, analyse and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products, selling these ideas to the client.

We’re on the lookout for an Office Manager, PA and Financial Controller. This new and exciting role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to join a relaxed, friendly and determined team, taking the agency on the next steps of our journey.

As the central hub to agency life you’ll have the drive to make sure our fabulous city centre offices feel like home; and that staff, clients, suppliers alike feel at home.

You’ll have a desire build relationships with new and existing suppliers and be determined to support each and every one of our wonderful clients. You’ll be responsible for finding and welcoming new starters and nurturing the current team, acting as PA and confidant. You’ll know your purchase ledger for your sales ledger, process expenses/balance petty cash, manage office stock, manage the database, equipment, insurances and supplies (& get best value) as well as organise meetings and nights out along with travel. You’ll be the go to person that holds the office together and as such you will need to be confident, sensitive, friendly, always willing to help and super approachable.
